Honda recently put a full stop to all rumors related to their upcoming CBR250RR by launching the bike officially in Indonesia where itit comes with a starting price of 63 million Indonesian Rupiah (INR 3.2 lakh). This bike will beavailable in two formats, non-ABS priced at 63-68 million IDR (around INR 3.4 Lac) and ABS 69-70 million IDR (around INR 3.5 lakh).

It is really nice to see this offering from Honda as the current CBR250R had become pretty boring and something new was already in demand. Especially with the likes of Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Yamaha R3 establishing dominate in terms of performance and design. Also, there might be an upgrade in terms of a 300cc engine coming soon.

The new Honda looks absolutely stunning in terms of design and it sure as hell can be called the ‘hottest looking 250 in the world’. With Honda’s patented headlight design, the bike looks totally sexy. This is probably the first time a bike has looked so close to its rendering.

Honda has equipped the CBR250RR with a state of the art Throttle-by-Wire (TbW) system. It is powered by a 250cc parallel twin, liquid cooled engine with 8 valves. Power and torque figures have still not been disclosed yet.
